ARMENIA QUICK GUIDE
THOUGHTS: The World's oldest Christian nation, Armenia has tons of interesting historical sights. The food is incredible, the people are nice, and the nature is beautiful. All this in a relatively cheap country to travel in. Yerevan is an awesome city- however, be prepared to get out of the capital and off the beaten path.
TOP PLACES: Yerevan, Khor Virap

TRAVEL ROUTE: (Tbilisi) -> Yerevan -> Sevan -> Dilijan -> Gyumri -> Khor Virap -> Areni -> Tatev -> (Ngoro-Karabakh)

TIPS:
- Plan at least a few days in Yerevan. Relax at a cafe, visit republic square, check out a free concert
- Visit Khor Virap and get the "post card" worthy shot of the monastery and Mount Ararat
- Visit Ngoro-Karabakh (but beware of consequences if planning to visit Azerbaijan afterwards)
- Do some hiking near Dilijan
- Make the long Mushrukta ride to Tatev to visit the world's longest cable car and the monastery in the mountains
