TIPS:
- Everest Base Camp: Consider trekking Gokyo Lakes and Island Peak in addition to EBC if you have the time. Hike up to Kala Patthar at sunset to catch Mount Everest lit up by the last rays of the sun- truly a breathtaking experience
- Annapurna Circuit: Start in Besisahar and end in Nayapul. Ignore warnings of the trek "being ruined by the road", There are plenty of marked alternative trails that avoid the road. Plus, some of the most spectacular scenery is after Jomson (so don't fly out early!)
- Spend a few days in Pokhara relaxing and eating good food after the Annapurna Circuit
- Doing the Poon Hill Trek by itself is a difficult trek, and the scenery does not compare to the rest of the Annapurna region in my opinion
